The Silent Auction will be open from 7:00 pm – 8:45 pm, during which time you will have the opportunity to casually view the silent auction items. Auction items will be grouped in categories, such as “Home & Family”, “Kid Stuff”, “Vacation & Leisure”, etc.

You will have a chance of buying an item by making a bid, that is, you offer an amount of money that you would be willing to pay for that particular item and write your bidding number (assigned to you at registration) and bid $amount down on the bid sheet next to the item. Keep in mind that another person may come by and want the same item so he/she may offer more money, making a higher bid. So you will need to check your item(s) frequently and increase your bid for the items that you want.

The Live Auction will be held after the close of the silent auction, and run from 8:45 pm – 9:45 pm. Our terrific auctioneer will encourage people to bid on items as they are presented on stage. Live Auction items will have initial starting bids. Subsequent bids are given by raising your Auction Booklet (given at registration) to attract the auctioneer or spotters attention. Acceptance of the highest bid becomes a binding obligation. The auctioneer will announce the winning bid by number. All bids are final at the discretion of the auctioneer.
